Once you shift your mindset to an abundance mentality vs a scarcity mentality the money will start flowing your way.  

The market is shifting a little and not in the upward direction.

This expression came about as a combination of the shift of profit from ordinary income to capital gain, the fact that the property is reported on two consecutive tax returns, and attorney interpretations of some old case rulings.

After doing more research in turnkey properties, my boyfriend and I have decided to shift to multifamily rental properties.

I've shifted my focus from specifically Nashua or Manchester to everything but Nashua and Manchester.
