As the investor gains experience, they are not only able to more successfully foresee the “bumps” along the way, able to handle recessions, temporary negative cash flow, unforeseen capital expenditures without panicking, but will also recognize the opportunities necessary to turn a loss into a break even.

In efforts to get more experience with IOS, we are seeking a financial partner that potentially has experience with this asset class.

Based on my experience of running properties, even if the build were to cost you as much as $600k but you could generate $125k/year, you'd be very happy with that investment. 

The only thing you need is experience a model, and a team.  

Ideally I'd like the ability to invest in individual stocks of my own choosing (fractional shares is a plus), a diverse option of index funds, and ETFs.Has anyone found a great banking option to have the most flexibility with your HSA investments?

Hey BP,I’m a STR Manager & investor, and wanted to share a fun project! 

On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.
