I'm toying with an idea for a system that would handle guest communication workflows using AI, analyze the feedback, and also trigger surveys post-stay/review for tracking performance.As far as I can tell, there's nothing out there that does those 3, but perhaps there are separate services that provide some or more of those.

And this is separate from regular maintenance my property management companies took care of and deducted from the rental income.So the moral here is that RE is great but you can’t depend on cashflow.

Maybe I misunderstood him or he meant something else, but I don't see how paying the same amount it would be regardless but just in 3 separate payments helps reduce the mortgage more than it would've been over time.

I know anybody can sue anybody for anything nowadays, but it makes me feel a little better to separate business from personal.Since our policies with NREIG kind of piggyback off their master policy, there's probably some clause in the master that will only allow them to add investment properties held in company names....just guessing here, but it makes sense.BTW, the comment this original thread started from, is much easier today.
