To avoid going through the same poor experience, keep reading.Even if someone gives you a referral here, do NOT make the mistake of assuming that the PMC will meet your expectations, just because they met the expectations of the referral source.In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

For example, selecting someone on disability or no disability is illegal and should not factor in your decision in any way.  

I see this most often, when people go shopping on the national websites chasing rates. 

I also plan to run paid ads as well but would like to start with the website.

Check NTLA website to see if they have any white papers on NC/SC.   

I do land only.. but very selective of where what and who :).. just google in the state for lenders that do land you should find one but there wont be many..

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

The daycare also has a website, so it seems well-established.
