This put those hight LTV & DSCR lenders on absolute notice that it’s going to be rough sailing ahead . many of those lenders will be closing shop and definitely revisiting guidelines if they survive the shakeout - That Sucks for me because I Broker for many of them , I had to stop taking applications for now.I hope it all works out , when the dust clears there will be New Programs available from some of these or some new lenders looking to get in .

I’m in school now and currently getting into whole sailing!

We are in the process of litigation right now with our insurance company to try and collect as much as possible for damages.The experience honestly took the wind out of our sails for a month or so.

this ship sailed in Orlando on the financial side.2. works well in Urban core transitional area where owner occs left because of neighborhood conditions crime etc. those are usually motivated sellers that are under served by the RE community..

Do they expect I'll be sailing off to Bermuda with their massive $30 instead of running the credit check?

It's kind of taking the wind out of my sails that this is so complicated when it seems to me there should be at least some minimum level of absolute facts that could be relied upon to make a decision. 

I am not looking to sail the boat , so minimum use as far as sailing .
