It just rotates and purchase money can be out on two at a time if one is rapidly refied.

If you do your due diligence on the borrower then this can be a lower risk and shorter term (6 months - 2 years) investment, and you can rotate it.  

I have my personal credit cards with discover which has rotating cash back programs and a master card that is !
