I would be on the phone with our electrcian to get it done tonight the next call would be to the power company and ask to speak with highest level person working tonight to start with and get a time when they are going to restore power.

Make sure you have all of the relevant parties involved, and that they have experience with these transactions (RMLO, title attorney, loan servicing company, credit restoration company)
