People's psychologies are weird.

I have an academic background in clinical psychology and work experience in communications/linguistics. 

Some say its lying, but it's a common psychological tactic used in many facets of life.

I believe understanding and implementing those elements can translate to sustainable success in any field.Alas, we are not here to talk about stocks or psychology (though I could ramble on for thousands of words on either topic), let us discuss real estate.

Just hang in there and give it time.If all the units are vacant from the remodel it may be a psychological problem..

You learn alot about psychology.

Perhaps more emphasis needs to be placed on suitability for the job through better psychological screening to avoid some of the issues we have had with law enforcement.

However direct mail marketing to individuals in foreclosure is a new and completely different market and psychology than the traditional markets I am used to.
