I like how you describe choosing which area you had to prioritize…getting units filled made a lot of difference on how easy or difficult it is to continue.

Partner with them first as collaborators not 50/50 business owners.

So you don’t waste your timelooking at all locations, prioritize and pick locations that put youin a more favorable location between your future competitionand your residential customers.

Group investments like this take a “team” or collaboration mentality versus a competitive mindset.

Side notes here to keep in mind, the market is crazy right now and lenders are prioritizing home purchases vs. refinancing due to limited labor availability.

I am looking for advice on where to prioritize my energy.

This has helped a lot in terms of employee overall happiness and in addition helps us to keep the correct people in the company - if they are able to prioritize, work and achieve their goals without us micromanaging, it is a huge win for them and for the company.
