I've gotten to where if I don't know the caller, I don't answer.

It is an interesting means to screen agents and their overall disposition with callers to listings.

I wanna know if i have a team of college callers how can i get a client to work with remotely by hours rate ?

Trying to get one of the email blast houses is like trying to be caller #9, everybody emails them within seconds of receiving the message and whoever is 1st gets to make an offer.

When these random callers come in I always turn them away and I'm starting to notice that I have ignored a huge opportunity.

I am thinking of hiring an answering service that would be able to simply bring up my website anytime someone calls and answer the questions on it while talking to the caller.

I had several (16 out of 439)callers but none of them were motivated.

Here's a new spin on direct mail marketing that has been very successful for me and others I know, this company www.CallerTech.com tells you a persons home address, home ownership status, market value, social media links and a lot more from just knowing thier phone number.Here's what I have been doing, when someone calls on my listing I use it to find out everything about the caller that I can, if I see they are a home owner and I know they are thinking about buying a new home they will need to sell their current home so I send them a listing proposal ASAP.
