It’s an exciting space to be in for sure!

Since you don't need a lot of space, buy a starter home to live in & then use the rest of the funds to purchase a cash-flowing rental in the area.

Some Background:I'm very entrenched with multifamily syndication space, and I've noticed deal flow pick up since start of H2 2024.

There are a lot of title companies, which means there is a lot of competition in this space.

That's the tool ^^^ Sendhil is a real expert in this space!

I have a gutted carriage house on the back of my property, so my thought is to get my feet wet with house hacking by creating space for a longterm tenant. 

Or local only investor who is well known in the community can get those from banks thats why you see this huge amount of HML PML entering the space since 2010 prior to 2010 there was a fraction of the amount of HML pML as there is today.

I would appreciate any advice on entering this space, as well as any educational content that may be out there.
