I really enjoyed being on the Gulf Coast with the panhandle Florida beaches (which I think are the best on the mainland) 30 minutes away, 30 minutes to Biloxi and about an 1 1/2 hrs to New Orleans.

Also used to be a deep sea diver working in the oilfield doing underwater construction-- so I have a lot of construction and PM background.We also had a $3MM real estate investing/development business wiped out overnight when hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans a decade ago-- had to rebuild from scratch in an entirely new city.
