Are you able to reapplying for it everything your husband changes duty stations?

Guys like LeGrand have been through several 'cycles,' and all say that (unlike being part and parcel of the 'traditional' sphere of orbit) these methodologies work in EVERY climate, demographic, angle and at all levels!

You just need to understand the "risk".My husband is active duty so we tend to invest in areas that we are stationed (although we have never been stationed in Charleston, my husband just went to school there).

As Bourdain points out, until there is the infrastructure to support the people who will live in these fixer uppers, grocery stores, gas stations, dry cleaners, etc, its really not worth rehabbing them for your own retirement.

Hello guys/galsI just got back home from Afghanistan and I already know that next year I will be headed to another duty station.

I like strong middle class that like to live in an area slightly above their "station".
