HOWEVER keep this in mind,  I choose investor carrot because they focus on what they need to focus on their website so that I, ME, JERRYLL, can do my thing with SEO without having to worry about all the technical crap I really have no time to worry about, like site speed, mobile friendly etc. etc.Thus, having said that, not because you go with investor carrot you automatically will get my results...

My thing was always, sure I can invest here in the Bay Area but by the time it would take me to acquire $150k down payment I could have taken the opportunity and purchased 5 properties out of state that cash flow positively getting more bang for my buck.
