On average if this is not a very well thought out plan as in better than an IVY league MBA can manage, be very careful trading apple stock for run of the mill rentals.

ah - I could write a long essay on this, but here are the high pts: - the User experience (UX) is not intuitive. 

Many newbies here don't have a clue about these aspects and a basic business class is offered in many high schools, I'm not suggesting you get an MBA!

Fancy models keep legions of MBA grads employed, but I never have put a lot of stock into their analysis.

If I was to go back to school and get my Masters degree, I would look at an MBA with an emphasis in accounting.
