Pushing into other, close-by, markets is the best (and maybe only) way to make it work.

There are very few markets that cashflow with 100% leverage.

As someone else mentioned, insurance here is generally less costly than in Florida and other beach markets. 

I come from Europe too, and I know it can be overwhelming when you look at the real estate market in a new country and with completely different building technics ( sticks instead of bricks), but is not as bad when you have the right team in place. 

@Beatrice Ontiti we most certainly agree that adding new construction in a growth market to your portfolio would be a great next step!
