I would recommend changing the visitation language in your lease. 2 weeks seems like a long time and I can easily see people abusing it.

I think what the language you quoted means is that in order to terminate (after the term) you (or tenant) needs to give 45 days notice.

That being said, if you are going to involve a lawyer to help you, always take a first crack at the language and just have them edit/check for things as they see fit.
