The community is Savannah Lakes, in South Carolina, and offers very reasonable taxes, and a very low monthly property association dues, and no time table to build.Here is the deal:I have offered these for sale, a couple of them as purchase option, meaning, you can lock up the purchase of the property with a low deposit, which I will put in an escrow account(SC Title agency) for a year, and then close on the property after a year (tax incentive for myself) at a preset purchase price which is discounted.

There are many realtors out there who will take a listing for 4.0%, with a 2%/2% split if there's a cobroke figured.There are those same brokers who will do it all (allegedly) for 3.5% complete- if it is sold inhouse.If property sale prices increased 50% in 5 years a while back, that meant that a realtor would be earning 50% more also in 5 years.

To obtain the funds and get the project approved, states really squeeze the developers to put in amenities generally found at higher end apartment complexes, walking trails and ponds/lakes are a dead give away to identify one of these projects.
