Moldy smell was coming from clogged bathroom sink (I figure that out myself) Note: the proper way to do a mold inspection is to test the outdoor air to indoor air.

That thing with cats is, so many times the drama is it's an outdoor indoor cat, it's the neighbor's cat I''m just petting it, I only let it in to feed it and then it runs outside, it's the neighborhood cat etc etc etc.

The house had been broken into and the indoor and outdoor AC units are gone :( The outdoor unit was even in a cage, given that it's not a class A neighborhood, but they just sliced it open.  

Speaking of internet forums and kittens, the most vicious thread I ever watched devolve was on a political forum when somebody posted something to the effect of...I HATE irresponsible pet owners that allow their cats to go outside and kill all the little birdies'...To which some else replied YOU EVIL MONSTER cats are almost wild animals and its cruel to keep them locked indoors for life...But back on topic...

We'll probably do a meet up once this COVID thing is over and indoor dining is available. 

That is an outside activity, not an indoor one just like playing with balls.

Also dogs are pretty good about only going outside and rarely have an accident indoors, but cat's will pee on anything and cat pee has so much stronger odor.
