I'm pretty certain that the agent(s) working these properties have to entertain all offers, but at the same time, I also know that seeing as they're REO's, they (the agents) are going to get a low of low offers from perspective investors.I would love to find an REA (Real Estate Agent) who would be open to work with me, but I'm getting the impression that REA's aren't that open to working with investors.

The range is impressive though - for Class A properties the range is from a low of 3 to a high of 7.8.

I'm not certain about the statement made earlier that the funds can be pulled out like a Roth IRA; for medical purposes, yes - but otherwise I was under the impression that HSA was more like a traditional IRA when it comes to withdrawals.

You really need to establish what the seller is responsible for, otherwise it's all on you, and you'd best protect your own interest by either starting the eviction or trying a very quick "cash for keys" offer.Either way, you need to impress upon the tenant that they DO owe you starting TODAY, and you mean business.

First impression are important.Anyhow....We just noticed that google adsense, which is the revenue producing ads on the site, seems to direct the user away from the site once they click.Anyone know if you can allow the advertisement to pop up in another window.
