I am mainly interested in buy and hold or rent by room using BRRRR strategies... numbers do seem to work if you are creative and what is positive is although big capital organizations have come in to Spain to invest, regular small/medium investors that actually use experienced info, strategies and network/community is not trending or arrived so strong as in overseas.Cheers!

We vacation there regularly:  Dauphin Island - 2017, Orange Beach - 2022, Gulf Shores - 2023, Fort Morgan - upcoming 2024.My guess is that Dauphin Island doesn't see the same appreciation as Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and places eastward.

My only suggestion with Zillow is to TRIPLE check the persons Identity (Have them show you their driver license during a showing), Call their last landlord, and call their employer.
