They did have a light switch which was wired to an outlet.

@Jackie Flowers I never did any of those programs, but like @Demetrius Heggs indicated some are worse than others.

Make sure the buyer's lender can work thru the assignment, or the outlet close issue.

And certainly good to have for investments as well as just an outlet for something you are clearly passionate about.Wishing you good luck with all of it and thanks for your service.

Nobody needs a brake mechanic to do their own brakes, a licensed plumber to fix their own pipes, a licensed hair care professional to cut their own hair, a licensed electrician to replace an outlet.

Little things I’m talking about is like an outlet not working or a small leak somewhere.On my second turnkey property, the water heater was stolen a month after I closed.
