Found it on Realtor.com and I negotiated the price down from 385k because there were some minor exterior repairs needed and 1 apartment was vacant and trashed that needed to be fully rehabbed.

For your inspection make sure that your contractors and inspector are knowledgeable about Old Louisville specific requirements as it pertains to the exterior of your property i.e. box gutters, wooden windows etc. as this is a designated historic neighborhood those items will need to remain and be maintained.

@Asury Johnson - good questions...I’m walking through the house tomorrow to assess condition - last summer I saw him paint the exterior, install a new roof and AC, and made some interior improvements, too.
