(For instance, if you live in one side of duplex in Denver, you cannot STR the other side, but you can do that in Wheat Ridge, just west of Denver.) -- If you're buying a SFH that has a separate entrance setup, you can totally rent that basement while you live there, but that most zoning does NOT allow you to rent two separate spaces once you move out.

"Most" water damage claims can be fixed and closed within a few weeks or months, where a fire claim "may" take 6 months to 1 year to close out due to more extensive construction, delays in materials or labor, weather/seasonal delays, etc.

@David M.The better managed funds will have audited financial statements and typically also submit semi annual or quarterly reports.Those that go regulation a+ also have to submit to the sec so their information is all public.Like anything, some private are better than public and vice versa, really comes down to the sponsor/CEO and the team in the majority of instances.

Submit doc's 3/14 and pay deposit. 4/5 get email asking to resubmit(she cant find docs) and do same day. 4/9 says she needs to do an extension, charges me $75 extra, and I pay the 2nd half of my bill.
