In addition to getting lots of fresh air and exercise,  You can much more easily dive down alleys and dead ends and quickly pull a U turn to go look at that algae-covered FSBO sign in the bushes.

I know it can be tough to put up with things in a transaction that seem stupid or unnecessary but usually I find it's worth being patient.Also, this may seem weird, but I sometimes find it an intriguing intellectual exercise to find out the exact point/person in the process where it is hung-up and working it out with them.If you are not similarly inspired and feel there are better use of your times (probably are) at least sell it to another investor if it's a good deal.

Now, if the renovation takes long enough, I would think the probability of the tenant exercising a right to return would be low ... but not impossible.
