Definitely start with local meet-ups and as you go along you will find people and maybe companies that align with your vision and goals. 

I've been thought about hiring a PM company for a while now but I've decided to keep the management in-house.I think it's important to start delegating out the low dollar per hour tasks.

If I'm the seller in an out of state transaction, I'll just have the title company or an attorney close the transaction.
