Yesenia,Feels like a straightforward DSCR loan, base it mostly off of the cash flow of the property itself inside an entity and maybe take a bit of a leverage cut as a foreign investor, but very doable.Do you have an LLC already established?

I would only rent to friends and family I trust 100% and even then I am probably giving them a break or cutting them some slack because they have a temporary situation.I would really only do it as a favor.
