How much longer can this continue until it hits a cool down?

It will be a cool format, small group networking and a topic having to do with real estate investing. 

In most states, an undisclosed audio or video device placed in the interior (non-common) of a private residence would be illegal and could also result in a civil lawsuit against the landlord. 

The fourplex that I am looking at does not have electrical conditioning system, but instead evaporative coolers on all 4 units.I have not experience with this cooling system.Is it possible to bring the temperature below 80F when the outside is above 110F?

I have a BS and MS in Engineering and I design Class III medical devices for a living.   

I'm hopeful there has to be a way to find a lead even in a hot market, but I'm starting to wonder if I just have to wait for things to cool down... my hesitation with waiting is two-fold: 1) All the market trends and government fiscal policy indicate interest rates will only climb in the near future.

This place clears me a cool 1200/month after the bills are paid.

I didn't try using it that way, but the device does allow for that.

If you like it cool/good for you... but just remember why we got into this...
