Hi All,I am currently looking for some guidance on how individuals search Deed and Probate records in Cook County/Illinois areas.

Our prospective tenant would be college students, new graduates working and saving, and/or service workers who don't cook a lot. 

I've been to one of their plans in Simi Valley and had a tour of the facility, pretty extensive quality checks.

Looking at a 19 unit self storage facility here in town.

I started student based multifamily in maintenance and facilities when I was 19 and have climbed through the ranks and held every position on site in the past few years. 

I am particularly interested in acquiring self storage facilities in the state of Florida.  

Either way it looks like I will be doing month to month then and spending the extra money to give the resort atmosphere to include wifi, laundry facility, etc.I use my own lease that I drew up and fined tuned over several years after evaluating many other leases and through personal experiences.  

So I've invested in southern suburbs of Cook County.
