No one can possibly give you any kind of reasonable assessment of this deal without a bare minimum of information.For someone to properly evaluate a deal they need to know:Property configuration (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.)After Repair Value (ARV)Rehab estimateThat's it.  

It has a weird lot configuration too.

Try going to your favorite real estate site and searching for rentals with the configuration and features in properties you would be interested in buying.  

With such a plan, you still retain the tax sheltered benefits of income to the plan, but the plan is configured differently so it can invest beyond the stock market into things like real estate, private mortgages, venture capital, etc. 

It totally depends on the type of property (location & configuration).  

On a whim I decided to e-mail a couple of the local property management companies asking for advice on the locations, house configurations and rental price points that seemed to work out best. 

We started using OwnerRez in August 2022.There were quite a few steps to configure when we onboarded, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle on my own using their documentation and help articles.Tech support is outstanding. 

@Aleksander Dabrowski As you move forward a word to the wise depending on what configuration of rentals you end up with put in a ban on portable washing machines and dishwashers on all floors that have a floor underneath them.

You can configure it to do all sorts of things like menus, different voice mails for different people etc.
