The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

Commercial development is in a league of its own, which I think working for a company or person in the beginning can definitely help out with the trial and error phase you will definitely go through.

Most, if not all, of them usually offer some sort of free trial, so I'd recommend signing up and seeing which one you like most.

(Not something you will get right immediately, I often find when I start a new project - what I think I should do, and what I actually need to do to get results takes some trial and error.

I think Property Radar even has a free trial so you can try before you buy, not sure if Rebo Gateway does, but just check the site.Hope this helps!
