Hey @Shweta Sharma - that is a wild issue to have for a building to neglect that badly.Did they atleast compensate you for not providing habitable living conditions??

The building is mostly older seniors and to my knowledge it is in average condition and there are no known major repairs.

For sophisticated sellers with highly marketed deals, invest extra time in thorough due diligence.Next, assess the property's condition and estimate renovation costs.

For me there was no excuses I'd accept, you need to see inside to verify condition and run repairs.

So you're entire premise is built upon seller being dumb....Not to mention handing it over for near market value, with an amazing rate in place, and property condition being turn-key, and seller not having any hidden issues say an IRS tax lien or what not, and, and, and..... 

You live in fear every day because of the condition of the house you live in and you can't afford to move .

Is it possible to get better conditions like 20% down or less and 20 term.?

.- It's usually not that difficult to make the required repairs - unless the wholesaler & their PMC have misrepresented the condition of the property!

Avoid they want your property in new condition.

The value is increased by heated sqft, bedroom and bathroom count and property condition.
