Within 3 days they were on their way, the house was empty and very clean and we had it posted for rent the following weekend.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

as other post mentioned, it appears that its personal property and not real property and taking it over like someone would take over a car.
