But it's best not to paint a picture with too broad of a brush -- there are many quality manufactured homes built recently that will cost less to maintain then some older stick built homes.

I liked the color and it was easy to apply;however, I was disappointed in the coverage as the aged wood really drew in the stain.In both cases I used a brush to apply the stain, which was quite a lot of work.Best of luck!
