I am curious what others are seeing with bank financing on CRE.

They also will recommend “lenders”, “banks” “closers” “agents” and title company who they 100% are getting cuts from AND EVEN OWN without disclosing that information.

However, managing multiple LLCs can mean higher costs and administrative work (separate bank accounts, annual filings, etc.).It depends on your risk tolerance and ability to stay organized.

You want to make both parties happy.Most wholesalers fail because they are chasing the spread (their money) and not focused on helping the seller and providing a win-win for the buyer.

If they can't do a money transfer directly to your bank, have them send a certified cheque using registered mail and signature required (they could send it to your work if you don't want to use your home address).
