I can't recommend the center agitator models they can damage clothes the vendor replaced that washer with the non center agitator model.

My first baby action step is to introduce myself on BP.  

When the lead dust transfers on your clothes, you’ll be tracking it around everywhere which will only sicken everybody else.

I can't think of a witty intro (sleep deprivation from twin babies)...so I'll just jump right in to my story!

Also, don’t know if it matters but we intentionally left the upstairs unit vacant for a year when we had a baby...so we kind of used the whole building for a year?

Available at most hardware stores, can buy you  another few years between build up layers and/or re-roof .Re directions and DIY...be sure to use gloves, disposable trowel/putty knife, have some denatured alcohol to clean any of it off you or your clothes, but, ideally don't get it on you.

I hardly bought clothes from the mall.
