The algorithm has lots of factors including time taken into it . . . that said, there are some issues which we hope to update in the coming weeks to improve how the score works.

But I'm trying to see how this will work without someone physically verifying that:There is actually a house at the site and not a burned out hullRepairs are not unusually high.I can see the algorithm gurus in silicon valley being pretty good with standard homes but it's the outliers that could kill them.

The credit algorithm is not disclosed by credit agencies but has general guidelines.Over 75% usage of available balance will hurt your score.50% usage is not a negative or positive but a neutral in the scoring system.

Doing some of these things could help trigger some of Airbnb's algorithm and push you listing up to the top to get some more view.On the other hand, I have heard from many newer guests that their first month or 2 was slammed then dead which makes me to believe that airbnb will favor you for a month or two to hook you and get your bough it.

Thus our data was skewed very high compared to realistic nightly rates.Your best bet is to use AirDNA or other algorithms as a base but verify with direct looks at VRBO and AirBNB listings.

I think over time the ol' Zillow algorithm will get better and better but it will never be able to assess if your property has foundation issues, mold, has flooded in the past, etc.

That's interesting since Zillow bought Trulia in 2015.However, Trulia claims 65m unlisted home estimates and Zillow claims 110m.Both algorithms are supposedly based on physical characteristics, location, and recent sales.Zillow also correlates its Zestimate forecasts in with the ZHVI forecast for the ZIP / County / State.My best guess is that Zillow's numbers are more swayed by the general area and Trulia's are more based on the property itself.
