What if the mail carrier misdelivers the check but your tenant is on vacation and can’t send a new one?

For those of you that own your own vacation rentals:Have you seen a recent uptick in requests for EV chargers at the vacation rental that you own?

I personally think it might be too soon for this unless you have higher end properties, but it is becoming more widespread everyday.I am thinking about installing these myself at my Vacation rentals in the near future.

I am looking for any vacation areas in the west (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada).

Jasper also is very close to Smith Lake - a beautiful lake that is a popular place to vacation. 

She will need to immediately send the 3 day Notice to Vacate for nonpayment of rent.

As Travis mentioned, there is motivation by the location, as we frequent the area for personal use and vacation, but that is not the only motivation.

People still vacation right now, but will they vacation at 2019 occupancies the next 2 years?
