So you just connect the wink hub 2 to your wi-fi router and the "Schlage Connect" deadbolt and you are able to change the code, lock/unlock, etc from the wink hub 2 web portal/app?

thank you both for replying but we are really screwed.....this guy is a low life and we just made a gross mistake.....the sheriff said they refuse to come out even tho the sargent the other day said to call when we put the three day up.....also we locked the gate, do we have to unlock it, that is all I will ask again....( vandalsm to mobile home and the sherrif said if he is locked out we will be fined) He called the sheriff two days ago and said we locked him out, we did not and he said only one last question,,,,,do we have to unlock the gate.....cannot get a 30 day notice till next month.thank you no more questons

Put up a camera even if its fake.If you lock the breaker boxes, then you will get a call to unlock it whenever a breaker trips (like when they plug in the hairdryer on the circuit where their microwave is already running).If they are going after the copper, locking the panels won't stop them; you can see holes get punched in walls in lots of places where the copper thieves have hit.

No need for running wiring for each individual unit, a visitor pushes the button for the person they are visiting, the unit dials the number that is programmed and the resident can hit a button to unlock the door (assuming there is already electronic locking hardware in place).

It is OK to have one GFCI and have the other outlets connected as "load" so they trip it, as long as they are all on the same circuit (not likely). 5) No easily accessible tool to unlock a locked bedroom door from the outside.
