I will add 15 Acres isnt a lot for cattle especitally in Texas, maybe horses, but it needs to be fenced and water available.More revenue generating opportunity would be the trailer or RV rental.

Only they will know your situation and what would work best for you.But general considerations- I think it's always putting the cart before the horse to start an LLC before you ever buy a property.

@Jay Hinrichs very interesting post. my father in law owns about 40 acres in a small town east of Dallas. for now he enjoys having just enough cows/horses etc to soak up the tax break and he lives on part of it so doesn't have any close by neighbors.
