Do you know of any good contractors near Puyallup or Tacoma who are able to do a whole house rehab?  

You can do up to 20 owner occupied houses, by being a serial mover.  

You can then hire a truck and movers to help the tenant get their stuff to storage.

As I recall, real estate prices are similar to what you're seeing in the Tacoma area if you're from one of the VT cities.What sort of information/connections can the BP community of Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, and Tacoma offer you?

We BRRRR in Tacoma and Lakewood because those are the only areas where you can consistently BRRRR locally.
