Morning BP, Just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Ed for helping me out with a title issue that I had that cost me at a 3-4 buyers on a property in which was assigning the contract.  

They are paid public officials there to serve the us all.

That is where I draw my take on Sell/Rent my biggest fear is the "What if Factor" - drop in tourism, association comes under litigation, hurricane (This season looks like it will be "Very" busy), Sickness or health issues or other.

This would require incredibly expensive work as we would have to cut through a public street.

The neighbor who is living there has developed a pretty bad mental health issue and has become very erratic and displaying violent behavior even threatening to kill me and my tenant.

As Joel notes, it is a great way to monitor tenant health and be prepared for failing tenants ahead of them stopping to pay.

Beneficial owners of my LLCs can all be found publicly on the secretary of state website so I don't understand why I need to register everything at Fincen.

Will never provide info on someone we provided a loan too, if someone wants to check public records they can research and find the DOT/Mortgage pretty easily but not getting it from me. you can easily skiptrace and public records search people today and determine if they are legit or not, its not hard.
