I was wondering if the Mount Pleasant area is a good place for fix and flips?

I am looking to buy a multifamily property that only has washer and dryer mounts in on side of the house in the garage. 

The brokerage I represents works specifically with investors and I have seen the most traffic for rentals with cash flow as the main objective happening in the outlying areas like those previously mentioned along with Fayetteville about an hour south, Rocky Mount an hour east and Burlington an hour west.

Even if you are using a smart lock, put two wall mounted lockboxes on the property somewhere out of the way.

Central Florida (Orlando Metro, Kissimmee, Mount Dora) has many opportunities for flips and rentals. 

On the shared wall, all the gas and electric meters are mounted. 

I lived in rentals in Manhattan for many years, and you can leave the walls full of anchor holes and tv mount holes and the such, and they never deducted from deposit.

I’ve been debating between putting in new furnaces, running baseboard heating, or installing wall mounted heating and cooling units.   

Most are simple things like the banister mount broke or some floor trim came loose, that sort of thing.
