There are so many venues when you can meet people, either through friends, colleagues, church, golf, you name it and then if you find out they're in the banking industry, they can either help you or introduce you to someone that can help you.

If your bad case scenario is still good, then it may be a sound investment.Stockpile cash if, and only if, you have no other venues of investments and/or you already have other riskier investments elsewhere (to hold the cash as reserves)

ReviewsOf course it's wonderful if the property management company has excellent reviews by both tenants and investors on Google and Facebook and other venues, however keep in mind that in property management, there are going to be a number of upset tenants.
