@Jay Hinrichs - I have seen tax deed sales rescinded (in my area) because a bankruptcy filing was missed by the tax claim bureau (that is the dept that handles tax deed sales near me).

A restoration contractor in Missouri, Ritchie Enterprises (dba PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services) was hit with a $30,000 fine for work on one house.

Also what resources are there out there to help with this, I have been just pouring over US Census Bureau Data and Googling and would love to hear how others here on BP are getting their information.
