Each year, I like to take time to reflect on the prior year and where I’m headed in the current year.

I have a property I’m looking at in Missouri that’s about 1,400sqft, and not sure the difference between a Cash and a Novation offer. 

But as for the seller finance, would the loan to the seller be the difference between 450k and the refinance number of 220k?
