:mrgreen: I'm a day trader and a real estate investor.

I am not high-frequency trader type by nature, with "balanced" risk/performance views if to be characterized by wall street terms... my goal to be equal or above 8% yield (really want to say 10% :)) while learning notes, hopefully getting into riskier assets with time (NPN) and getting into 15-18% territory within 3-5 years. 

Investing requires that you use your money and hold, mortgage investing is not like stocks with day traders.

I have a local friend who already hosts Airbnbs that would be willing to add a few more to his portfolio for some commission, but that model also seems a little risky at present.I know gold and Bitcoin don't provide any passive income, but I think they could be a good hedge against inflation.

@Tri Quang LeCash, check, money order, PO box, dropbox on property, cozy, zelle, venmo, paypal, quickbooks, deposit slips into your bank account, square, any major rental software, bitcoin.

If you would've taken Bitcoin five years ago when it was 450 dollars and rent was 900 bucks and left it as Bitcoin you would have close to 120k right now. 

I'm still not entirely convinced about Crypto/Bitcoin, but the growing popularity certainly has me interested in another asset class outside stocks and real estate.I'm looking for good education material (podcasts, youtube channels, books, etc) that I might be able to do some research and learn more about the asset with.

So I am planning to do a cash out refinance on my house and buy additional real estate (or some other investment, could be stocks, bitcoin, multifamily syndication, etc). 

Go buy some gold, I hear it’s going to $10k/ounce, or bit coin, it’s going to $250k.
