I suppose your next step, just like what most BPers do here who are serious in REIs, would be to start directly connecting with the movers and shakers in the local industry who, mostly belonged to or are members of the BP.

I've gone as far as paying for movers, storage, 1st months rent at a new place, etc.. especially if you're getting a home-run deal!

The BP Meetups are great to meet actual movers and shakers and people doing deals here in the local area.

I would like some recommendations on local movers in the Central Florida Area.

If I expect them to cut the lawn, do I have to provide them with a lawn mover?
