It was time to pull myself up by the boot straps and get something going.I went looking on youtube for the TV real estate guru on late nights (couldn't remember the name Carlton Sheets at the time) but wound up finding Ron Legrand.

I hired a PMC to take care of placing tenants, and there is currently a problem tenant, but the numbers are fantastic and hopefully repairs will be minimal in the upcoming years.Regarding the other 4plex, a tenant left and I started doing little updates to the unit so I could rent it for market rent - but I wound up taking a hard pivot and decided to sell. 

My stepson is a medically retired Wounded Warrior Marine.  

As you can tell from this long string, the fact that this is called "life insurance" is what has everyone wound around the axle.

We wound up doing that with our house without knowing that was what we would wind up doing.

Of course I would have preferred recovery from a flesh wound instead of an arterial bleed :). 

The current "sell off" is not any big deal to anyone other than media at this time who are obviously pressing hard to seel any economic calamity, as in a hangnail will get marketed as a mortal wound.

I wound implore you not to be one of those people.
