His Airbnb business model targets large groups for short durations coming in for parties / events / weddings / bachelor / bachelorette / birthday / game day parties... he gets 150 (low) - 1800.00 per night on game days. 

Hi BP community - I'm currently looking for a very large home or estate available to rent for the weekend (or at least overnight) to host a wedding of 150-200 people.

Ok I work nights and off Wed and Thursday, since Thursday is a bad day I can do Wednesday, which I get home around 8:30am and will sleep until about 2, I can definitely meet up on Wed. let me know.Susan

Every tenant must always be screened as a standalone applicant.You scr*wed yourself by implying that you would accept this applicant as a tenant.Tell your tenant that when his friend has a minimum 2 years work history, with the same employer, and a income 3X the full rent you will be happy to screen him as a potential tenant. 

Only took my wife about a week after the wedding! 

The biggest obstacle was not even knowing how to change a door knob and rehabbing an entire house (admit most of it was cosmetic) while dealing with 6 weddings during those 2 months (including my 2 week honeymoon).
